Most operational problems don't arise in the work itself, but in the handoff between teams. As soon as several departments work on one matter at the same time, execution fragments across email, spreadsheets and meetings – and control is lost.
We believe execution is the only truth that counts. Plans describe intent; only execution creates consequences. Bricksta models exactly this reality – as a case that bundles the parallel workflows of all teams involved, orchestrates them deterministically and makes them auditable.

Who's behind it
Bricksta is founded by Christoph Klett. Background: over 14 years in product roles around business process management (BPM), a degree in business information systems (B.Sc.) and a master's in technical communication – plus experience as a managing director.
This closeness to real operational processes shaped the conviction Bricksta is built on: not yet another flexible tool, but a reliable execution layer you can depend on. Concretely: as a managing director, structured onboarding control secured around €70–75k ARR – from prevented churn, faster revenue recognition and saved internal working time (GDPR-cleared). Bricksta makes exactly that effect repeatable.
