Why Bricksta exists

Christoph Klett, founder

As a managing director, I saw how much depends on a single workflow. When onboarding new customers, several departments worked at the same time. Each did its part, but nobody could see where a customer stood. Questions went by email, alignment happened in meetings.

In 2025, at a B2B software company, I put a firm structure on the workflow: every step with one person and one deadline. That secured around €70,000 to €75,000 in annual revenue, because fewer customers churned, revenue came in sooner and internal working time was freed up.

It took a lot of manual effort. Bricksta makes it repeatable: for every workflow that runs across several departments, and without an IT project.

The picture behind it

The handbook describes the route. Bricksta lays the tracks.

And where a case runs differently, you lay a switch: loops back and exceptions are part of the workflow instead of being improvised.

Today, workflows live in process descriptions, Word documents and checklists. The actual work runs on Excel, email threads and shouting across the office, and orders end up in a siding. With Bricksta your team works right inside the workflow: every step with a person and a deadline, every handoff without chasing.

  • Your handbook automatically becomes a template. Bricksta turns it into the workflow your team works in, and shows it as a BPMN diagram on request.
  • At Bricksta, a template is the blueprint of your process, and every case is one run through it.

What Bricksta stands for

  • Your department builds it

Set up and change workflows without programming and without an IT project. Published changes to a template make a new version, every version is kept, and running cases usually stay on theirs.

  • Every step has a person and a deadline

When a step is done, the next one gets its task automatically.

  • What's written down is how the work runs

The workflow on paper is the same one your team works in.

  • AI helps with setup

The AI makes suggestions. The workflow itself runs firmly to plan, and every step stays traceable.

Not a task board where everyone works differently. Not a modelling tool whose process stays on paper. A workflow your team actually follows.
